People often ask "What is counselling and how does it help?"...

 

Well, counselling offers a safe and confidential space to explore past and present experiences, challenges, thoughts and feelings that may be causing obstacles in your life at present. Counselling helps you to identify and realign yourself with who you truly are and live the life your soul truly longs for. Counselling can help you find your inner voice, stop people pleasing and trust the direction of your path with confidence and peace. â€‹â€‹â€‹

What issues can I help you with?



The first session is a great opportunity to meet and greet one another, whether this be in person at my private practice or via zoom/telephone. We will explore how counselling may help and if counselling is suitable for you at this time. My therapy room is based in my home in Malvern, offering a confidential yet homely environment. 

There is access to a toilet, a drink of water and plenty of cushions and blankets for comfort and grounding.

Many clients bring crafting activities such as crochet etc to their counselling sessions which is welcomed. There is access to mindfulness colouring books and crayons should clients find these helpful during sessions. 

What to expect on your first session.



It is important to find the right counsellor for you so you can really get the most from your sessions. I offer a free 20 minute consultation where we can discuss how I may be able to help you and you can decide if you would like to continue with counselling.
